2006 Family Fun Day at Riverdale Raceway
This year we switched venues to Riverdale Raceway. It was hot, hot, HOT peppered with equal parts dust, dust, DUST. About a dozen kids boldly entered the kids races and competed for top honors. Each heat ran for 30 minutes on an awesome track set up throughout the west side of the Riverdale facility. For the oldest two groups of kids, the course opened up to include an uphill and downhill section of course as well.
Every competitor won a trophy and a t-shirt for their hard-earned course finish. Did we mention it was host, and dusty? The youngest girl competitor of the day, Hannah Swettenam, won a plush teddy bear from KTM. Thanks!
